This is happening where I live. It's not everywhere though. I was in Lichfield last night and it was absolutely booming. Streets immaculately clean and well kept. All proper shops., NOT charity shops, vape shops, Turkish barbers etcetera. Loads of busy pubs and restaurants. It's like another world. Could hardly believe it.
