Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is in Brussels for a series of meetings touting his victory plan to end Russia's war. Earlier today, Volodomyr Zelenskyy attended an EU leaders' summit, where he demanded more long-range missiles, and permission to use them against targets inside Russia, saying his plan would make "peace through threats." Zelenskyy attempted to turn up the pressure, claiming to have intelligence that North Korea has already sent troops to join Russia's war, and is preparing to deploy thousands more.

Many countries for both sides are supplying munitions and tech support. Once actual troops from another country become involved (not advisors or mercs) the war changes.

If you guys have checked DW's previous news, Russia signed a military alliance agreement with North Korea months ago before Ukraine got into Russia's land (i understand the situation, so i won't use the word INVADE), then Russia-NK agreement triggered, NK abided by its agreement and sent support. From a wordplay legal perspective, nothing wrong to me on paper. In this case, NK seems like a reliable pal, well at least to Russia.
