Cell phones stolen at Carnival tracked to Miami

One of the victims described their phone as "our lives in a device". A rule of thumb is to not leave such an important item in what dips call "the sucker pocket". That rule applies to whenever you go out, but especially at a famous festival that attracts thousands and is known as a high pickpocket area to begin with!

If these fools would just get some jobs, I'm sure they would make way more money than they do with these petty crimes. And greatly reduce the risk of doing prison time too....
