At 245 for squats, 175 at the bench, and 225 for deadlifts since ever I paid attention to your videos BullyJuice. Thanks man for inspiring me a lot to do lots of greater things in my life, I am looking forward to bench Press 225, squat 405 and deadlit 405 in 3-6 months.

Saw this video two weeks ago. I am a man approaching 40 and I workout 5 days a week. It has been difficult to keep weight off and build muscle recently regardless what I do in the gym. I went to the store and stocked up on a lot of these foods and have been consuming them consciously for the last 14 days. Focusing on diet and eating these things and taking a vitamin D supplement has made a HUGE difference already! Thank you @bullyjuice

15 bean, bison chili. All those beans taste so good in chili. Also for spinach, put a few cloves of garlic in an oven and roast it for 20 mins on 380⁰. Once garlic is done throw it in a cast iron pan with olive oil and then throw the spinach in and fry it all up. good!
