PERFECT DAILY ROUTINE | Needed a nap after trying @michaelbjordan daily routine. Wake up at 6:00am. Breakfast at 6:30am. Workout at 7:00am. Lunch at 10:00am. Second workout at 12:00pm. Dinner at 6:00pm. Hot tub and wine at 8:00pm. You deserve to be a home body if you can stick to this every day.
