This video demonstrates a core exercise to gently and controlled strengthen the core muscles, enhanced with breath.

The core muscles are important to the lower back and pelvis stability and need to be exercises in a controlled way to prevent any back issues following the exercises.
If you feel like your back is hurting when trying this exercise, then please do not continue them but do pelvic floor engagement and breathing exercises only.

Videos to those exercises will follow.

If you experience any discomfort throughout those exercises, other than the mentioned normal reactions in some specific videos, then please stop the exercise and ask a qualified manual therapy practitioner for an examination and diagnosis. This will keep you safe from gurting yourself while trying to do good for your body and it will allow you support on your journey to balanced health.
