Made considerable amount of money during the Pandemic. Purchased a large amount of stock near the bottom of the market, already sold with a very healthy profit. Bought a liquidated business that closed during the flu and opened back up with improvements and it’s been going well for a couple years now. Also bought two homes before the price surged. Timed things correctly and used an initial $186k and turned it into over 2 m in cash and equity. Key to this is be ready for an economic downturn. Saved money and built a war chest. Building a war chest can take time.
