Dark Isle Piper: Flower of Scotland
Показать описание
Flower of Scotland, the unofficial national Anthem of Scotland. Played on the Scottish Highland Bagpipes by Dark Isle Piper. 2017
"This is one of my Favorite tunes to play, and the Thistle is my favorite flower. To have a moment at Kilchurn Castle where my ancestor Sir Colin Campbell built this beautiful structure in 1475 was so breathtaking for me! The history and majesty of this place was captured in this film by my Husband Nick. Thank you for watching."
-Tress, Dark Isle Piper
Lyrics:
O Flower of Scotland
When will we see your like again
That fought and died for
Your wee bit Hill and Glen
~Chorus
And stood against him
Proud Edwards Army
and sent him Homeward
Tae Think again
The Hills are bare now
and Autumn leaves lie thick and still
Over land that is lost now
which those so dearly held
~Chorus
Those Days are passed now
and in the past they must remain
But we Can still rise now
And be the Nation again
~Chorus
