Does anyone else get goosebumps and the hair on the back of their neck standing up when they hear this? So haunting, so beautiful. I'm an old guy but just for fun I have a wake boat with an awesome stereo and I love to play this as I cruise down the lake to my fishing spot. Lol, I'm sure everyone thinks I am crazy.

They used to walk over no mans land playing this beautiful instrument, leading men into battle, i often wonder wether it was bullets or the pipes that struck the most fear into the enemy! Brave men

I'm Middle Eastern, my own parents grew up as Bedouins herding goats in the wild. Why does hearing this feels like it's taking me back to a previous life I've never lived?! Sure my parents' culture included string instruments made out of goat skin and pipes made of bones or plants, but the sounds are different. Really wish there were studies explaining this, the human mind is fascinating. And my love for Scotland is inexplicable to me!
