I love apple or salted caramel everything 😍 anyone else?
Crumb Details:
15g oats
15g coconut flour (any flour or protein powder is fine) 🥥
10ml vanilla almond milk (or butter, coconut oil, milk, egg white etc - anything to bind it)
SF maple syrup or sweetener of your choiceApple mixture:
Diced apple (fresh or pre stewed) 🍏
SF maple syrup 🍁

1️⃣In a bowl mix the crumble ingredients
2️⃣Add apple to an oven safe bowl, top with cinnamon & SF maple
3️⃣Top apple with crumble
4️⃣Place in oven for 10-20 mins at 200 degrees bake (celsius) depending on your dish size and whether your apple is raw or pre cooked. This is optional (you could have it cold if you like).
5️⃣ Serve with yoghurt, ice-cream or have as is 🍨

If you use the exact ingredients I use, it’s 208 calories 39C 5P 2F.
