THE BEST apple crumble 😌

RECIPE (5 servings, 45min prep time):
-3 medium apples
Chop in small pieces then sauté in a chunk of vegan butter.
-3 Tbsp sugar
-a good dash of cinnamon
-optional: 1 Tbsp corn starch or vanilla pudding powder
Mix and cook on low heat for 5-10mins.
Crumbles:
-110g flour
-90g soft vegan butter or margarine
-90g sugar or brown sugar
-a pinch of salt
Mix to get a crumbly mix.
Evenly distribute over the apples (if your pan isn’t oven proof, use a baking dish).
Bake at 180C/360F for 30-35mins.

I made this 2 days ago and it was phenomenal! I have only tried store / bakery bought apple crumble so far, and this was hands down the best one ever! My husband, who is not into desserts especially fruit based ones, he ended up liking it too!! Now i have got a lot of red pears - do you think i could a pear crumble since I dont have any more apples?? Thanks!!
