My hiatal hernia has turned from small to medium. Last I checked that was 4 months ago. Now I feel as it’s getting large.

I also suffer from pulsatile tinnitus and psoriasis on my head. The ramp up in my heart beat I can hear loud. The panic flutters, feeling like I’m losing blood pressure, extreme fatigue after I eat, sharp pains random in my body. Developed severe panic disorder for a few months and went on Zoloft. ( been off a while). Panic never came back like that was. Numbness in pinky finger and neighbor finger, both hands. (Had this a long time). The list goes on and I’m only 43. I had to go to so many doctors for them to take me seriously. Also to add when this first happened, I went to the ER four times to see what’s going on with my what I thought was my heart . Not once did anyone mention that this could be panic. Not until a paramedic on the fourth trip said my eyes were very dilated and her father looks the same way when he suffering from a severe panic attack. Now because I’m a very skeptical, critical, evidence based thinker ( I read a ton of peer review) and yes I know a published paper doesn’t mean a hypothesis is true. I would present likely and somewhat likely possibilities and sometimes the specialist would just grin. I know they probably get this all of the time, but I was correct. Not by accident, not because I’m some googler, because through the process of elimination and likely probabilities WITH the information I had access to I was able to hone in, AND I suggested a endoscopy because the machines sometimes cannot identify a small hernia. If it wasn’t for me demanding the endoscopy they would have just kept me on SSRI’s and labeled me such.

Now we know how doctors can be, we know depression and ADHD medication are some of the most under prescribed and over prescribed medications in America. We need major reform and more doctors who specialize in multiple fields of biology so they can understand what is linked and what symptoms they cause in tandem.

I have a flutter and long skipped heartbeat every single time about 2 seconds before i burp. It startles me and always makes me worried I'm having a heart attack but has been going on for several years. Its really getting old.

I had an endoscopy last week and the doctor said he could fix my medium sized hiatal hernia. I cannot poop whatsoever and when I do eat something it goes to my belly which is getting more and more protruded outwards. I can't even eat yet still maintaining weight or even gaining some. I also had a colonoscopy which he said looked good. But why can't I go to the bathroom to poop and the weight issue without eating? He just told me to take Protonix for acid reflux which does absolutely nothing. I also had 3 CT scans and they said everything looked fine. And the blood work they said was good. I'm sitting here in pain that feels like sharp glass ripping through my upper chest down to my groin area. So frustrating.
