Learn Morse Code - Lesson 6

Today we learn 3 new letters - L, F, and J.

These videos should be watched in sequential order as they are additive and build on each other.

BEFORE you watch this video, WATCH THE PRIOR VIDEO as a refresher to the previous set of NEW characters.

Continue on with this video for about a week to get the characters memorized and perfect. INSTANT CHARACTER RECOGNITION IS THE KEY!

As mentioned in other videos, if you want to really learn Morse Code, check out CW Ops or Long Island CW Club....

... but if you dont want to commit and want to take a casual - no commitment approach to learning - this might be a good way to go.

Good lesson, review for me…it’s been a while. J was a stickler. I remembered L and F, but doing the lesson helped get them down pat. They like mirror each other, so it’s useful to practice them. J…grrr annoying letter, like B and V which will come up eventually, lol 😅

For me P is the most annoying it always throws me off cause my ears are never expecting to hear that dit at the end or in the front. Then it causes me to miss the next two to three letters cause I’m busy trying to comprehend the P
