Nurse Knowledge Exchange, also known as change of shift report, is a real time exchange of information that promotes accountability and teamwork between nurses. It is also an opportunity to involve the patient and family in the patient’s plan of care. This example takes place in the medical/surgical environment.

I thought it was an excellent video in an illustrative and very clear way as a case delivery in Nursing in the Medicine and Surgery Service should be.

Well, whatever I become, either a RN or RT, I want to work in ICU.
I like Nurse better because I can be an ICU nurse and then teach others.

This is how nclex wants yiu to give report. In the real world, ain't nobody got time for this. They just want to know how she is doing and what jeeds to be done 😆 🤣 😂 😹

The biggest joke: "I have time" yeah it seems like it. You took 6 mins for report on just one patient 😂😂

I don’t use the phrase “I have time”. It’s too unreal and fake. Asking what the patient needs is good enough.
