I watched both videos by this lady and in no place did I see her say how to "seed the body" with the Akkermansia that she said was so easy and THE ANSWER to weight loss... I have been near zero carb for six years now... obese with no weight loss whatsoever... Yes, I need to fast, but I just can't seem to get through a single day fasting lately... Two years ago I did get through 16 days of water-only fasting and lost 15 pounds that I kept off but I still need to lose 30% of my body weight... I never budges on eliminating carbs... I am not going to be exercising more than I do already at my age of 79....

Traditional ancestoral movement like waliking, hiking, biking, swimming, daily gentle stretching yoga anddancing is ideal to clean the lympth, it draws/pulls stagnant lymph fluid moving it through the body to eliminate.

~80% of food in a supermarket is adulterated with sugar. Companies know how to sell convenient foods.
This is a large part of why society isnt losing weight.

What time of day and how often ?
What is the time frame for the Akkermansia to flourish ?
