"I'm sorry Tony... But he's my friend."
"So was I..."

Vision not being connected to a grid like he was as Jarvis was such a downgrade. Age of Ultron should’ve kept that power. Imagine Vision’s potential with both.

And that was the last time Tony and Vision ever interacted.

I miss when these movies were worth watching.

I love how both Jarvis and F.R.I.D.A.Y have a real human sense of humour like:

"What do I look like?",
"I don't know I was picturing a red head.."
"You must be thinking of someone else"

F.R.I.D.A.Y being sassy little A.I

Kerry Condon - the voice of Friday - is a redhead girl

“Are you incapable of letting go of your ego for one goddamn second?” is one of my favorite MCU lines because it’s so satisfying. I love Tony, but even fans of his have to admit he had that coming, especially after that unspeakably cruel “double agent” comment to Nat.

Always hated how the bad guys mess shit up and then the heroes are the ones getting blamed for it, when literally no one else could have done shit

Builds a suit of armor that can fly. Has missiles, lasers, rockets… all built in. Totally forgets to install a parachute that every military jet has just in case. Hands it to a friend of his who’s a trained Air Force pilot. Air Force pilot doesn’t even ask about a parachute in case of systems failure.

The Spiderman reveal at the end of Civil War trailer was something

Civil war may not be as close to the comics as we aspired to be but as a movie itself its a damn good one and one of top 5 of mcu for its story telling

Admittedly, in the second Captain America, they had all the reason they needed for Civil War and didnt need to bother with the Accords or even Bucky. Rogers was losing his stomach for being a personal hit squad for SHIELD and coould have explored how he felt about being sent on kill missions for Hydra... Whereas Stark and SHIELD could have tried to reign him and the others in, because having them "Out there" is too risky.

The Accords were wrong, Tony was wrong for signing it and trying to get others to sign, and this just shows it.

For being "family", it always bothered me how little Tony interacted with Ultron AND Vision.

And that was the last time the real Rhodes and Tony saw each other.

the funny thing to me is how tony signed it because he made ultron and he is only to blame for those dead. cap had to destroy shield or millions would die in seconds. cap was frozen and woke up thinking he won and hydra was gone but no the stark name had to hire hydra to build weapons. so the stark name is the reason for all the destruction we see all the way up to infinity war. even tony's parents died because they had super soldier serum.

This movie turned the tide to Marvel. As a kid from the 80’s I’ve seen them all starting with DC. When Marvel came out I got goose bumps the way I did when I saw Superman for the first time. I was always a Marvel Kid, growing up in NYC, and visiting Marvel Comics Group, as it was named on the lobby floor. Met some very cool cats, everyone was super nice, but my art wasn’t up to par; these things happen. But then Civil War came out, and man I was hooked. The Russo Brothers really had me on the edge of my seat the entire time, story wise, continuity, cinematically, the works. I knew who they were, and what they did. But it changed for me. I don’t get upset when some movies fail, these things happen. You can’t win all the battles, but winning the larger ones when it counts, that’s what it’s about. The closes thing DC got to putting a team together was a tv show back in the 80’s, ant recall the name of them, maybe super friends; and it was corny, but it’s what we had at the time. I think they feared trying to put too many actors in one screen shot, for the theaters. But Marvel did it, and in less time than DC.

So yea, I can’t wait to see the future of Marvel and what they do. Not all films will do great, but let’s get the ones right when it counts. All I ask is, please do the reboots every twenty years or so. Not 10 years, and not 5 years. It’s a waste of filming and an insult to those comic book fans who loved our comics.

As a Star Wars fan, I never thought I'd see something as engaging, but the MCU was perfection. As a Brazilian that saw my country turn into a dictatorship overnight with our own military arresting the people they were suppose to protect, I am even more sure than Cap was right about not putting the Avengers in the hands of mundane powers.

Imagine the UN having a say on what the Avengers can and can't do if they were real. It is a scary thought.

I am also with Nat when she told some committee that the Avengers may have created some enemies but they are the best qualified to deal with them.

I’ve just realized, for an AI Friday had so much personality and attitude but I love it
