45 Minutes of BRUTALLY HONEST YouTube Advice for REALTORS

I firmly believe all REALTORS need a YouTube channel. It's an amazing way to demonstrate your value to consumers without being obnoxiously self promotional. As REALTORS we need a way to generate inbound leads who already think you're amazing rather than cold leads where you have to convince them you're valuable.

If you’re new to my channel, my name is Karin Carr. I’m a 19 year REALTOR and the founder of Video Boss Agent Academy, the industry's FIRST and original YouTube training program. I've taught thousands of agents around the world how to generate clients with YouTube.

How I got here…

35 years old: Left my job in tech to go into real estate
36 yrs old: Market crashed and I barely survived. Started doing BPO's.
37 yrs old: Got my first REO listing. Ended up selling 70+ homes in 2008.
43 yrs old: Moved cross country. Sold nothing for almost two years.
46 yrs old: Moved again, started a blog.
47 yrs old: In desperation, started a YouTube channel with no listings. It worked.
48 yrs old: Moved again. Got serious about YouTube and was consistent.
49 yrs old: Made six figures in GCI my first full year in a new city.
50 yrs old: Created a coaching program for REALTORS making videos.
51 yrs old: Built a team of 9 agents getting all our clients from YouTube.
52 yrs old: Broke $1M a year in total revenue.
53 yrs old: Did it again.
54 yrs old: Retired from selling real estate and began coaching full time.

I love helping people improve their businesses and change their lives.
