Hi Justin- I enjoy your channel a lot. In answer to the vintage, antique, and retro question- vintage is 20 years or older. Antique is 100 years old. Retro is new made to look old, like those tin signs that you see everywhere. Hope this helps.

I wash all clothing. It's rare to get a piece of clothing to flip that does not stink. In the beginning of re-selling I sold and mailed an item that was not washed prior, and I regret it and learned the hard way. All Goodwill stores clothing stink and they spray a suppose to be nice spray on it and it just makes the smell worse, even yard sale clothing stinks. The only clothes I don't wash are new with tag clothing, they usually don't stink if your lucky and you cannot wash a clothing item with tags anyhow...Seller beware, wash used clothing just put it on quick wash cycle and hang dry to save on power if need be. I'm pretty good at washing wool and silk items so they do not shrink.

I've been listening between 5 and 10 items a day for a few months now my sales are so much better. If I take time away, I use end and relist. So helpful!

One of the things I enjoy selling is hats. I do get them sometimes with a spot or mark on them, or maybe they're a bit dirty on the inside from normal wear. What I use is some regular blue dawn and a toothbrush. I've never had anything not come out when using this, but I also avoid the hats that are very badly stained or dirty. This has worked as well on plushies, even with white fur. I picked up a bag of plushies at my local Goodwill for one to give to my sister, and one of the other plush was dirty/stained yellow, so I tried cleaning it with dawn just to see and you'd never know now how dirty it was!

My thoughts process on allowing returns...if returns are easy and free for buyers, I think they will not put as much consideration into how sure they will need/want the item. That assurance might result in more impulse buying wiith buyer remorse attached. As in, "I don't know if this will work for me, or fit me, but I can always return it". This is MY logic as a buyer. Is my theory correct? Who knows...

For new sellers, also giving a positive feedback to buyers as soon as you ship the item i believe has helped me get more positive feedbacks then normal

I just found your channel. You're great at communicating your thoughts clearly and concisely. I will have to check out all your vids now, but one on your theories of ebay's listing order algorithm would be great. That's an interesting and useful topic for resellers. Thank you I got a lot out of watching this.
