Ping doesn’t matter, if the T would’ve killed the CT on the peek the ping would have made been a disadvantage for the CT.

the problem with the change to subtick is that now people can NOTICE difference in ping, in csgo it was almost undetectable but it was always like this

this happened with csgo aswell. It wasnt undetectable. I know this because I mained china servers as a US guy to play with my friend in australia. CSGO worked the same way. Played a whole summer to know. This is just clickbait

It's not rewarding to have a high ping. CS2 does a good job compensating the ping (compared to e.g. valorant), but on average, the lower ping players have an advantage (they see you earlier than you see them). If you are not convinced, just try playing with 100+ ping and you'll see.

If you laging, its only on ur pc u will see the delay doesn't mean the delay on the server as well,

In a moment t, tye player was on x, y position, that's saved on the server

But for the person laging the player is in a different position on that moment and will take some t+e to see the player on that position, so if he shooted on that moment he will see him means when the player on x, y position on his screen yhe shot shouldn't land because the enemy not anymore on that position, he was on that position at moment t not t+e, so its a server problem or a demo review problem, so cs2 isn't fine

Now i relise, in trailer they said something like "what you see is what you get" or smth like that. Its might look strange for T, but its better for CT bc even with high ping he can shoot normaly

I have 80 ping, i dont see enemy behind wall i was prefire, then i go watch replay even the enemy not seeing me how he got shot.meaning we both not seeing each other lmao.

Not played cs2 yet. But wasn't one of the main selling points of cs2 was that ping wouldn't matter?

CS2 is feeling bad compared to csgo with 128 tick. CS Go much more crisp. No rubberbanding. They earn so much money with this game and want to save money by cutting off 128 tick.

The ping has next to nothing to do with the current state of the game and shooting people who ate clearly behind a wall. This is mostly input lag from the server and how the sub tick system works. You'll get the same results happen in a LAN (Both players have 1 ping). The game was not and still is not in a suitable position to replace cs:go. While cs:go had its own issues, cs:2 has issues that could've easily been avoided and fixed.
