I like how there's no song intro, no cuts to a dog and no other BS. All info. Very good job here.

I was worried heading to the mountains where they're expecting a snow storm but this video made me feel I can easily do it. I'll practice before I head out to pick up my kids! I appreciate the simplicity of your video and thanks for the tip regarding the L ends pointing out. My instructions didn't mention that yet there it was!😅😉🤗 God bless yooouuuu! 💛🌼💛🌼💛🌼💛🌼💛🌼💛

One note: the cable ends don't poke through the hole in the clip. They lay in the hole and pull back to the slot to stop them. Don't poke it through the hole as seen here.

good video, it also help to have better access if you turn the wheel

Important question: Why do they always make the cable box so small that once you take them out, you have to do complex origami to fit them back in?

Mandatory Tire Chains going up to Tahoe without the tension straps I found the chains came off and wrapped around the front drive shafts. What a mess. Learning the hard way.

Thank you! I am driving over through Tahoe and over the Rockies this week. Hope I don't have to use the chain, but feels good to know how.

Thank you for taking the time to make this helpful video.

You need to put the "L" shaped connector close to the tire if you roll onto them. The Mt. Hardware guy put them on backwards.

Can’t see what brand you’re using, but Laclede says that the way you’re threading the ends THROUGH the fastener is incorrect. They have a video up on YouTube, so for those who have Laclede cables, watch their video. Maybe this brand says to do it this way.

The instructions for my cables ( that look like yours ) state not to use tensioners.

at least your video shows snow, lots of video show nice clean dry payment and your seldom need chains in that environment

Great info Except for the missing parts where you actually connect to two ends together on the inside. You know, the part where you have to lay in the snow while you pull the two ends together ? Ya, ya forgot that part! Lol
