Little hook on the inside big hook on the outside so you can tighten em up. If you do it right you don't need the bungee. Dude if you don't know don't post!!

If you're rear wheel drive you put them on all 4 wheels or else your car won't brake. And if you're front wheel drive, you put them on all 4 wheels or else your rear wheels will lose traction and you'll be spinning in the road

Yeah wrong way round... You need the lever on the outside, and you need to get them tighter before using the rubber tensioner.
