This is an unboxing of the Nikon Z6 III. What's in the box, what's not in the box? This time, something was left out of the box that the Z6 II and Z6 had, but the Z6 III does not. At the time of making this, I thought it wasn't that big of a deal that it was left out. It's not really, but it could be an extra expense for people who need this accessory. And keep in mind, the camera is $500 more then it's predecessor.

The fact that manufactures don’t include chargers anymore is wild. Was that charger going to raise the price to the point no one would be able to afford the new camera?!

All I miss is the eccentric uncle ZF. ;)

The ZF also did not include a charger. Honestly, my MH-25a has been hiding in a box somewhere for years. I use a USB-C charger that can charge 2 EN-EL15s simultaneously.

They are just saving a few dollars by not including the battery charger....using a battery charger is just easier. This is sort of like a bag of chips getting smaller

I went once in Costa Rica with my Z9 and left my camera to sync with my ipad. My camera ran out of battery completely. I did not bring the battery charger with me as I thought I could rely on in-camera charging. BUT! The battery would not charge in the camera at all with the battery completely depleted. Not a bit. I couldn't use the camera at all most of my holiday :(

Noob here and just for the Z6iii. What is wrong with the strap that came in the box? Should I be getting a different strap?

Regarding video specs: Does it do 10-bit h.265 at 4:2:0? The z6III doesn't have a manual published just yet it seems. A lot of cameras will do 4:2:2 in h.265, but most computers choke at 4:2:2 while most have 4:2:0 built-in. One of the things I love about the Sony's is they can do 10-bit 4:2:0 as an option.

While I can't support the loss of the charger, I'm not angry. I'm much happier with the Jupio Charger I picked up for the EN-EL15's which lets me charge 3 at the same time uses USB-c and takes up the same relative space as a single EN-EL15 charger that Nikon produces (not a paid plant, though I'm willing to talk...)

Sounds like nikon trying to be like apple/samsung and being cheap not throwing in separate chargers . Luckily i have multiple chargers from previous nikon cameras
