Ka’chava 6 month review! My honest opinion

One product I always have a hard time finding is a protein shake! Especially because I’m learning I may be allergic to a few ingredients that I haven’t quite figured out yet. Here’s my 6 month review on a product that’s actually helped me move forward with my protein intake with no issues.

According to what I've found Ka'Chava is not a protein shake. It is a meal replacement with protein. I've been using it for 9 months.

It's a good product. 3 outta 5 rating. The chocolate bar was a 3.5.
