Ka'Chava Bar Review | The Popular Meal Replacement Drink Has A Protein Bar Too!

I was on the hunt for a new protein bar, as my current one was just not filling up my stomach enough to help me make it to my next meal. Also, it was giving me cravings for sugar and chocolate. Not good. After searching the interwebs, I stumbled across The Ka'Chava Bar. I had no idea that the popular meal replacement drink had a protein bar too! Or is it a Whole Food bar?

I tried the Ka’Chava peanut butter bars. They are delicious and fill you up. I am glad my son told me about Ka’Chava shake and now I found the bars.

I picked up a box, thanks a lot for your review! It’s hard to find bars with all natural ingredients. I appreciate bars that don’t resort to added sugar and artificial sweeteners.

It’s also worth noting these bars perish about a month after delivery and Ka’Chava recommends refrigeration to help them last longer.

I buy the kachava shakes and they had a promotion where they sent me 2 boxes of the bars for free after buying so many bags, but your right they are very expensive. I will not buy them, plus they do have a lot of carbs for me, I'm trying to lose weight and keep it under 30 carbs per meal. Thank you for your detailed review. 😊

While not completely all natural, the Huel complete protein bars are pretty good and have awesome macros.

Hey Curt, I just finished this video and agree with you that the Ka'chava bars are a bit too pricey for what they offer. However, I was wondering if you had ever tried Rowdy bars before. I finally tried a "Chocolaty Cookie Dough" Rowdy bar after being offered it for free at some 5k or something, and I found that the ingredients and nutrition facts were very close to the Ka'chava bars, but at a lower price point.

I was wondering if you would consider reviewing this product at some point in the future.

Chicory root will give me gas.Inulin / chicory root. The NuGo bars have chicory root too. Thanks for the review. Will have to take a pass on both of these due to the potential gaseous result.

They sent me an offer of a box of free bars with the purchase of 2 bags of the powder to my inbox. I thought it would be a good time to try the powder with that offer that is good until 8/14/23. When I got to checkout it stated that the offer would not be valid. I saw it as a red flag and will not buy their product. Greedy company and false advertising.
