How to make kale sabzi
quick and simple recipe to make delicious kale ki sabzi
INGREDIENTS
300 gm kale
2 medium onions
1 medium Tomato
1 teaspoons cumin
5 finely chopped garlic
2 Green chillies
1 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons oil
Method:
1. Heat a pot on medium flames.
2. Add oil, once the oil has heated up, add the cumin seeds.
3. Lets the cumin seeds sizzle for a 2 second then add the garlic and green chillies. Then sauté for 1 minute.
4. Now add the onions and mix well.
5. Cover the pot and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.
6. Keep stirring the mixture and cook for another 2 minutes. We want to soften the onions, but not brown them.
7. Now add the tomatoes and stir well. Place the lid on the pot and cook for 2 minutes on a low flame.
8. Now add the kale and slowly slowly stir the mixture than add salt and mix well. Cover the pot and cook for 2 minutes on a medium flame.
9. Stir well, then cover the pot again and cook for about 10 minutes.
10. Transfer in a serving bowl and garnish with some chopped carrot.
