I have a question, what if I have insulin resistance, polycystic ovary syndrome and frequent gout attacks, should I include tortilla in my diet? I personally like it.

Yes but shouldn’t you be having wholegrain carbs at least? I don’t have white carbs in my day to day diet. Wholegrain is so much healthier, filling and even tasty!

I didn't know carbs affect pcos too
I'm persian which mean rice and Nann are stable in my food culture
