This is THE best explanation and demonstration of how to do this cast on that I could find. Thank you for your excellent instructional videos, Staci!

When ever I am looking for help with a project I look for your tutorials first because I know I won’t be wasting my time. This awesome video is no exception. Thank you so much for your time and expertise. I teach knitting and crochet at our local community center and I always recommend your videos for times when I am not available or don’t have the skill set needed.

Awesome tutorial! I always wondered why I had so much trouble with it... I was missing a thread in the cast-on! Thank you so much for going so beautifully in-depth. Also, a huge shout-out to whomever captioned this video...he/she is amazing and did an excellent job.

Compelling to watch. I didn't think I needed to see it because I do have all the crochet hooks, but watched it anyway. It pays to learn variations on a theme. Thanks Staci!

I like this so much easier. The idea of putting 4 on the first needle is so helpful. Before I could not figure which was the first needle and gave up on dpns.

Thank you so much for this video, I tried watching someone else's tutorial first and I could not get it. I need this cast on for the Musselburgh hat and I'm so thrilled I finally got it!

Thank you, Staci...I’m an old Newbie at knitting and really appreciate your patterns and videos. Just completed your two at a time toe up on magic loop, with the wraps. Your step by step instructions are fantastic and appreciated. I love your slo mo’s... I’m nervous about this pinwheel canton though... will have to practice.... thank you again...

Very nice and slow. ☺
This looks just like the Emily Ocker cast on I learned from Elizabeth Zimmermann.
