This is great life advice not even just working out

This is very important especially when trying to learn progressions! I'm currently suffering from this myself lol

If you're overweight, losing it can definitely help achieve a lot of goals. Same vice versa. Other than that, you right!

I'm trying to strengthen too many smaller muscles right now while stretching some tight ones, focusing on compound lifts and also cardio. I'm always fatigued and my shoulder and hip still clicks and my knees are still weak. I'm gonna try focusing on one alone starting from the bottom up

Spot on. I was just thinking this after practicing different skills simultaneously only to end up not being able to do any one of them properly and with my joints screaming for a halt.
I'm going one exercise at the time from now.

Same here I need to drop some exercises since I can’t isolate all muscle. Will make a list

Shit dude does every mistake I do but he learns from it and I am all here for learning from him finally

I came to this realization while trying to focus on calisthenics skills, hypertrophy, cardiovascular endurance, AND cutting. Best to focus on one or two goals, accomplish, then move on, and maybe come back one day with that new foundation.

The time when I made the worse progress was / is in these days, I'm trying to have a full rest day between training sessions and it's a huge waste of time.

Thanks for the advice. It's true I used to do many exercises but it will reduce muscle growth relative to specified workouts. 👍 it is also good life advice, we need to set new goals after each goal is achieved.

I really need to hear this. Trying to learn Handstand, Front Lever Progressions, Back Lever Progressions and increase reps is making progress very slow

this is the prime example of "first bulk, then cut" which is what everyone who wants to get in shape should do

It works. It does work. You simply are not fat enough or your program is not well periodized. Everything works. But i agree calesthenics and powerlifting together is hard pill to swallow especially when cutting.

I also did a mish mash of many disciplines and progress was slowwww.
Aim and goals with clarity to what you want to achieve ❤🌅♥️..

I asked some gym trainers and they said the same thing.

Can you make a video on the difference between the 2 ways you did pull ups, the first way uses your abs more as you raise legs which gives that push up. The second one your back is arched and is more progression towards high pullups. I just eant to get all the calisthenics foundations i want to get high pull ups not sure which pull ups i should be doing to get them or both the types you model

Oh no ._. , im training Front Lever, V-Sit and Press to HS at the same time...

If i stop training V-Sit and Press it means that when I train for it again I will lose my progress?

Still try to get strength and endurance at the same time.

no offense, but "trust me - I've tried" doesn't prove anything. :)

But can you pick different priorities for different body parts? Like maybe i want to increase my weighted pull ups but on push day im more concerned about shoulder stability so i do lower weight and focus on the joint staying stable. And with the lower body i want more mobility so im doing weighted stretching and exercises like cossack squats.
