Been a while but a memory I keep with me is the fact that I caused 3 kids to fail the 8th grade.

Context: I was fairly smart in school, could have graduated in 10th grade if I’d done some extra work here and there. Anyways, 4 people get assigned to a group at a time, and well, I was not fortunate with my group. Got stuck with a bunch of annoying kids who I didn’t like, and I knew they were gonna ask me to do a lot of the work but that was fine, because I had a plan. I had know these individuals to have mostly barely passed the last year or two and knew that they had problems listening in class, so I took advantage of this. For half of the school year I did all the group stuff (which was over 90% of the work) and didn’t say anything against it. That half of the year comes to an end and I ask the teacher if I can move to being solo as I had shown that I was capable enough so far. Later they ask why I’m solo now and I looked at them from the other side of the room and said, ” sorry, just feel like I’d do better by myself on the work, though I don’t guess much is changing… anyways good luck on the test.” (Note: nothing outrageous and even somewhat silly I know but the joy I felt on realization coming to them over the next week of test had me mentally cackling) (sorry for the rambling lol)

Same, my arch rival in middle school was so dumb I gave them the answer to several questions so that they would stop asking stupid questions.

Someone once offered me £5 to do their maths homework. The homework at the time was set on a website where there was an option to add notes at the end to ask your teacher for help on questions you weren't sure about. Since I was being watched for a minute before they left the library (where the computers are), I answered the first 2 questions correctly (also, I like maths, though this sh*t was easy). Afterwards, however, I put 0 for every other question and so inevitably flunked the rest of the test. I then wrote a note to the teacher saying, "Hello, Miss [TEACHER]! [STUDENT] said they would give me a fiver if I did their maths homework. Just letting you know.

I was thanked for my loyalty to the education system.
I never got my fiver, even though they never said the homework had to be correct, just finished.
