ഒരു IT സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നു. തൊഴിലുടമ വിവേചനപരമായി പെരുമാറുന്നു. ഒരു വർഷത്തിന് ശേഷം increment ഉണ്ടാവും എന്ന വാഗ്ദാനം ചില തൊഴിലാളികളോട് മാത്രം പാലിക്കപ്പെടുന്നില്ല. പ്രൊമോഷൻ ഉൾപ്പടെ തരുന്നുണ്ട്. ജോലി ഭാരവും കൂടുന്നുണ്ട്. ശമ്പളം മാത്രം മാറ്റമില്ല. എനിക്ക് മറ്റൊരു IT സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ ഇന്റർവ്യൂ അറ്റൻഡ് ചെയ്യാൻ അവസരം കിട്ടിയപ്പോൾ അവർ സാലറി സ്ലിപ് ചോദിച്ചു. സാലറി താരതമ്യന കുറവായതുകൊണ്ട് അവിടെയും സാലറി അതിനനുസരിച്ചു മാത്രമേ കൂട്ടുകയുള്ളു. എന്തെങ്കിലും ചെയ്യാൻ ഉണ്ടോ.

ജോലി ചെയ്യാൻ സമ്മതിയ്ക്കുന്നില്ല. 2020 ജൂൺ മുതൽ ജോലിയ്ക്ക് കയറാൻ സമ്മതിക്കുന്നില്ല. എനിക്കെതിരെ കള്ളക്കേസ് കൊടുത്തിരിയ്ക്കുന്നു. 2019ൽ കിട്ടേണ്ട DA അരിയേഴ്സ് കിട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല അതും തരുന്നില്ല എന്തു ചെയ്യണം ലേബർ ഓഫീസർക്ക് പരാതി നൽകി. ഒരു വർഷമായി 4 ഹിയറിംങ്ങ് നടത്തി. ഇപ്പോൾ ലേബർ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നു പറയുന്നു. ഇത് അവരുടെ നിയമത്തിൽ പ്പെടില്ലഎന്ന് ഞാൻ ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡിൽ 20 വർഷമായി ജോലി ചെയ്തു വരികയായിരുന്നു.
