SORRY but i have seen so many people saying this doesn't work and that doesn't work. The reason it doesn't work is because you're not listening. The FIRST numbers have to be the SAME and the SECOND digits have to ADD up to TEN. Example 15*15, 24*26, 82*88 and so on hope this helps.

The number of digits you need are AB x AB or ABC x ABC.

AB x ABC won't work.

In AB x AB the letters A have to be the same and the letters B have to add to 10.

Example :- 36 x 34.

On the ABC x ABC A and B have to match each other and C has to add to 10.

So example:- 106 x 104.

just use the quadratic formula and split the numbers up, works for *any* two numbers:
124*35=?
(120*30) + (4*30) + (5*120) + (4*5)=?
3600+120+600+20=4340
or to use one of yours:
63*67=?
(60*60)+(3*60)+(7*60)+(3*7)=?
(60*60)+(10*60)+(3*7)=?
[can also be written as (70*60) + (3*7), which is why your trick works]
3600+600+21=4221

My style is like, for example 48×42, I go multiply the first digit which goes 4*4=16, then add the original first digit which is four so 4*4+4=20, then I multiply the last digits which are 8 and 2, which goes 2016.

Here is an awesome trick: Take a number beetween 1 and 540 (for bigger that doesn't work). Multiply by 7 (use a calculator). Add the first digit of the original. If you get an even number, divide by 2. If it is odd, divide by 5 and keep only the natural part. Add 267 to your new number. Add up the digits of the new number. Your number should be prime. If it is, multiply by 2.7 and keep the natural part of the result. If it is not, you might have mistaken, repeat. Substract 20 now. Thanks, hope you liked.

For this trick : there are limitations first the ones digit has to add up to 10 and second the tenth digit has to be the same, in order for it to work.

The ones digits from both numbers must add up to 10 (so, 13 * 12 won't work, because 3 + 2 is not 10), and the other digits (tens/hundreds..) must be the same for both numbers (so 55*32 won't work, because 5 does not equal 3).
