Passed my test today with 2 errors, thanks very much for the vids. Those 2 errors were not checking blind spot for CYCLISITS. So, remember when you're turning right, always watch out for that.

The real secret is practice and confidence. On the test day you’ve gotta encourage yourself and be steadfast because the fear will be extreme or atleast it was for me. I prayed and also encouraged myself but self encouragement is very helpful if your not religious. It’s like your mind will try to play a trick on you so you gotta realize you’ve practiced and now it’s time to pass the test because failing isn’t an option. Remember that! Failing isn’t an option.

I'm afraid. I had to give up driving 32 years ago because of a seizure disorder, but had brain surgery and have been seizure free for 2 yrs. and got my permit. I pray that i pass. I've been watching all these videos, praying that i do the right thing. It's like starting all over again as if i were a teenager, and i'm almost 53 yrs. old. Please pray for me, because i'm eligible to take my driver's road test soon and am very nervous. I've waited a long time to get my license because i had seizures for over 30 years.

Put off getting my license until I was 26 mainly because of anxiety (I have GAD and ASD)
Watched so many of these videos the last couple months
Just took my test today and passed first try with 4 errors
My evaluator was nice and I was barely nervous during the test
It feels like half the test is preparation/skill and the other half is pure mental (I also got lucky, conditions looked good for a Los Angeles morning)

I honestly didn't think I'd ever get my license but once I put my mind to it now I'm just frustrated I didn't get it years ago

I passed my driving test yesterday at 31 (I have mild-to-moderate spastic diplegia, a form of Cerebral Palsy, so it’s taken far longer than I wanted).

It wasn’t too involved. I did some lane changes and some turns and that was it. No emergency stop. No backing up along the curb/parallel parking.

But the evaluator said I had excellent observations and I did really well, so… I’ll take it.

(For anyone curious: I drive using a steering knob and a Peddle Master for the accelerator; it attaches to the gas pedal. I then use my right foot for braking. It’s no good for gas because that requires a more precise and consistent pressure, with greater frequency, as opposed to braking, which for me is less involved)

took my first test today! failed only because my turns were slow sometimes + i sucked at turning my signal on all the way. it's okay to fail guys, just remember you can always practice and then retake!! :D
