Vice Pres. Kamala Harris is poised to pick Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate.

How did illegal immigrants in the state of Minnesota get a drivers license when I move from New York to Florida in order to renew my drivers license and change it over to work from New York to Florida. I had to show my passport with my New York drivers license?
