You need to come to Ontario Canada m8, They are very few decent brick layers around here. The contractors like to do the vinyl and wood work stuff but scared to do any masonry work. They have waited 6 months for us to do it because they can't get anyone else to do the job. They would be fighting over you here, you would be turning away work.

U should have used a 90° angle tool to be exactly square and accurate.
