Hi @Adobe Care do you have any idea why it happens when i use the hotkey combo for safe mode, only another window pop up asking to delete the preferences file. thanks

it doesn't launch at all for me and can't even click on an option because it vanishes fast as it appears. I deleted and reinstalled, tried out with older versions but nothing can solve this problem I guess. My computer has a pretty good graphic card so I don't really see where is the issue
