Ableton is the most primitive DAW of all i have ever used when it comes to plugin management. I like them all categorized in plugin type specific folders like, dynamics, Eq, modulation etc. I have been doing that for years in cubase, FL, S1. Another thing that is unbeliavable is that you can only have one extra plugin folder (i know there is a work around). Really strange that Ableton is so far behind when it comes to certain things that have been standard for decades in other DAW's. There sure is room for improvement.

In the comments, how is that he's stated to click in preferences to enable new folders guys, that's exactly why we're here to see how that's done which is what I'll now go and do and report back.

I want to separate my House, Hip Hop and Jungle VST's by achieving that.
