Get customised MEAL PLANS:

Let’s learn how to balance your Indian meals ?
Step 1 : Divide your plate in 3 parts .
Step 2 : 1/4 of your plate is for any carbs of your choice like rice / roti / potatoes/ oats /quinoa etc
Step 3 : Fill 1/2 your plate with #protein , since dal is a favourite but not a complete source of protein ,add quarter of your plate with some high quality protein like paneer ,soya chunks ,tofu ,eggs etc
Step 4 : The last quarter of your plate is for veggies either raw or cooked for tht extra #fibre and micro nutrients.
Steps 5 : Lastly , some curd for extra dose of protein, calcium and #probiotic .
And here is your complete balanced Indian meal with much over 20 gms of protein 😀
