My dad has 2013 F150, 3.5 with 202K miles, has no issues with the truck, serviced every 5k miles with mobil 1, he just purchased this pump, i have seen the pump, it looks like it's very well manufactured, Thanks for the info, man loves his ride

More reason to install an oil catch can with the blowby contaminating the oil. Won't stop contamination completely, but anything to help is good.

Hi everyone I had put this oil pump on my 12 ecoboost with bigger turbos and ported heads and tuned, and installed it with the 85 pound spring. It has now been in for 9 months of HARD use and it works great! Well worth the money

Had the timing chain, VTC, oil pump replaced on my 2010 SHO last year due to excessive startup rattle. Chain and guides were all out of spec at 108k miles. All gaskets were seeping oil. Ford covered all repairs under extended 120k warranty. First 60k miles used Motorcraft syn blend, been using Amsoil since. Was very clean, no oil sludge or buildup.

I replaced my SVT Focus oil pump with a Melling M317 (installed with a gates blue belt and stock tensioners\water pump) like a decade ago and didn't realize how many damn products they make, absolutely insane.

Great info, wish I found this video sooner. I have a 2015 F-150 with 301, 000kms, replaced the timing chain and components at 255, 000kms. Will definitely install the high volume pump real soon!
