Pineapple Fried Chicken Recipe:-
3 Pineapple slices,
1 tbsp Mr. Gold Coconut oil,
5 Kashmiri Red Chilies,
1/2 Onion slices,
1 tsp Red Chilly powder,
1 tsp Coriander powder,
1 tsp Cumin powder,
1 tsp Pepper powder,
3/4 tsp Salt,
Cook for 8 to 10 mins on medium flame..
Then cool and grind well,,
1 tbsp Corn flour(Additional)
1 tsp Gram flour,(Additional)
1 tsp rice flour (Additional),
1 kg Chicken legs,
Mix well and Soak for 2 to 3 hrs..

Marination Paste Making Process:

Place a pan on the stove, pour 1 tbsp Oil, add garlic cloves, red chillies, onions, cook for 3 mins, add coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp salt, cook for 30 secs, add pineapple slices, cook for 10 mins on medium flame, let it cool, grind it to a paste...

Pineapple Fried Chicken Legs Making Process:

Add chicken legs in a mixing bowl, apply the marination paste, mix well, marinated for 2-3 hrs, fry the marinated chicken legs in coconut oil...
