I have some thiamin mononitrate coming which is a synthetic form. I'm
concerned that it's not as good as some other versions, but probably
similar to HCL, since it's a modified derivative. I also have
methylcobalamin (B12), methylfolate, and P5P (B6) coming.
My usage revolves around mental and general fatigue as opposed
to peripheral neuropathy. Thank-you for the clip.

I read that ketogenic diets deplete B-1. Not sure if it is true. If you get nerve problems after a ketogenic diet you might want to take b-complex with extra B-1.

i try to include lots of veggies in my diet too  so its not my diet

i take this all the time as i alcoholic but i still very tired and pain and no energy   i was giving this by mygp and taken it for months    why am i still so tired ect
