Love: The fact you an reach a wide audience as a seller. Hate: Sellers really aren't provided any protections or tools to protect themselves, the buyer is always protected.

I really enjoyed this format, I can list and listen at the same time without feeling like I'm going to miss something! I binge your lives for the same reason! The thing I hate most about eBay is no automatic payments for best offers. The thing I love the most is that I can list absolutely anything!

Love: The amount of people you can reach

Hate: The new policy of having 30 days to have a returned item placed into the mail. If you have 30 day returns on, this could potentially allow a buyer to have an item for upwards of 60 days before the item is placed back in the mail. Absolutely insane.

I would LOVE the T-shirts! I think y’all are amazing and wonderful! What I love most about eBay is the Cha-Ching sound. Doesn’t matter where I am, it prompts a conversation and brings excitement and questions. A really GREAT feature. What I don’t like is what you featured, they wait till the end of the month to charge you your fees. Thankfully PayPal does not do that too. I’m still a rookie, but y’all have helped me so much. Thanks‼️‼️

I love that ebay is worldwide. I hate when a buyer doesn't pay.

When a buyer hasn't paid for an offer/item, Ebay should allow the seller to keep the item listed until payment has been made.

Dear Mr & Mrs Roots,
I love making money 24/7 even while I'm sleeping, I cannot stand some of the inept buyers and eBay's one sided views when your photos and descriptions are on point and the buyer didn't read or view anything you took time to enter, and creates a return using a false reason such as "counterfeit" or "defective." It's such a shame that eBay is not more open minded to their sellers. We shouldn't have to pay for or even accept returns in these instances when the seller is clearly correct!!!

For example I listed an item "for parts" "does not work"
3 business days later -
"I received the item, it doesn't work" - Buyer

What I like the most is being a family owned small business inside a bigger community of families like yourselves what I like like least is going above and beyond offering an amazing buyer's experience from the heart and never receiving payment and being ghosted by scammers

I’m new to EBay and I love that I can speak to someone if I have a problem or question. I’ve been a Poshmark seller for a few years, and they have no phone support at all. I hate that there is no recourse for claims opened by the buyer against the seller. Poshmark does a good job of settling disputes on a case by case basis. Really informative video, especially for those of us who are just easing into the EBay world! I’d love to see you bring back the live chats, though!!

The thing I like most about ebay is the vast audience of potential buyers that can be reached. The thing I hate most about ebay is not having the best offer paid for right away. The thing I like most about Alli and Ryan is their generosity to teach others. The thing I like least about Alli and Ryan is not one thing! Keep up the great work you guys!

Awesome format! I would love to get those T-shirts! The Thing I like about eBay is the flexibility it provides in my life! The Thing I hate is when a buyer buys something new in the sealed box, then opens it and then wants to return it and EBay sides with the buyer! I love that I can feel confident about getting back into selling on eBay after 15 years (used to sell part time when my kids were little). It’s a seller friendly platform. Just about anyone can sell on eBay 😊 I don’t like the changes they’ve made on feedback over the years. I’d love the t-shirts to get me started again! THANK YOU for all your informative videos! Hate the massive amount of scammers. It's frustrating to waste time going through and dealing with those people. Love how easy it is to connect with sellers from all over the world.

I LOVE that Ebay gives you the opportunity to be an entrepreneur and have freedom in your life and to be able to grow a business as big as you possibly can. The things I dislike are all the glitches that I have to deal with, the scammers that get through over and over, and not advertising the platform enough to along sellers to get better sales especially in the summer. I love waking up to items sold (money in the bank). I dislike finding the best shipping option. However, the more items I sell the easier finding the right shipping option becomes. Keeps up the great work Ralli gang!
