Love and Hate are often seen as opposites. But are they really or are love and hate more or less the same thing? Are love and hate two sides of the same coin? Turns out they are more similar then you think.

I hate BETRAYAL of all kinds. Even if someone else is being betrayed, I feel a burning rage towards the party who felt no obligation to repay gratefulness and loyalty to the one who gave it. Likewise, I have massive respect for people who are extremely dedicated to something or someone outside of themselves. I have no idea what this says about me.

Love and hate aren’t good or evil
Hatred can cause just as much good as love can just like love can cause just as much evil as hatred does
If you sit down and try to feel emotions without any biases or attachments, but just channeling each emotion, the energy of love and hate feels almost exactly the same. Hatred does have a little more intense while love is slightly more calm, but the feeling that you get from channeling each emotions thru you, they both have a very euphoric feeling. I would highly recommend trying to channel each emotion with a calm clear mind and with no biases or thinking about specific things but just feeling them in their purity. I was very surprised how identical they both felt

Most of the time (cases of murder, sexual violence etc excluded) the thing you hate about another person is something your self actually has a shortage of. That doesn’t mean you want to act it out in the same way, but the essence is what you want.

I hate the mentality "I Know The World is not Great, I Know it Can Use some Positive Change, But I Cant Do It Alone, So I wont Do it All", Cause these people, Despite Knowing That the world Needs solutions, they Decide to be A Part of The problem, Instead of The solution!

To me, The mindset above is super stupid, i agree that changing the world to the better is a hard Task that Everyone needs To work towards, but by not doing it simply because no else is doing it, you become a part of the issue instead of the solution!

I despise the people that dislike me because they can’t get close to me. Also, the people who show that they dislike me but adopt the things I do and/or believe. Try to step on me in order to step into everything that makes me unique. Sometimes I believe my choice to not mix with everyone creates hate because they believe that’s the only option I give them.

I hated a person who had low empathy, self-centred, sort of bully from school. But he loved me as I’m an empath, kind and gentle. He won me over & left me. Moral- hate turns to love sometimes. Bullies have insecurities, very hard to heal. They mostly hurt people that love them

But what if the murderer in the story is actually your beloved partner/ friend/ family member
and now you feel a confusion of love and hate at the same time, for that one person?

Whenever I start to like someone or hate someone it's nearly the exact same feeling and I don't know why. I act very differently depending on if I like them or not but it still feels so similar and I don't think I'll find a long term relationship if I don't find out why or fix it.

Can one train himself to hate them.. rather than just trying to forget.

If I can't forget her, because I'm holding onto an old image/form of me (was more successful)

Hate myself, and anyone who (mistakenly) loves me. Hatred for yourself is actually a good source of energy. Which is why I didn't know the side effect that I'd hate a person who loves me, ruining any relationship.
