Wow.... Elton sounds better here than he has in quite a while.... I suspect the slightly lighter tour schedule has been a help. Hopefully we've still got many more years of great EJ shows & albums!

I can't understand why everyone's comparing him today with his voice in the 70's. He has a real rock'n'roll voice now. I don't miss the falsettos, I love the barritone. Deep, sometimes raspy but still incredible powerful! It suits perfect to the most of his songs. And listen to ballads like Your Song. For me this sounds better now than 40 years ago. So much soul and power.

He's definetly in Top form here. For a 70 year old who has been touring the last 50 years nearly nonstop. He has a strong constitution

The crowd seems subdued. When I saw him in Auckland in 1993 the crowd greeted him like a member of the family who had been away too long. It was an amazing show and had such a great atmosphere - he spoke a lot about sobriety love tolerance and his work for aids. It was a special night. I still remember it
