👉When you meet someone for the first time, you only have 6 seconds to remember their names and then you forget. 😟

At school kids memorize my name because of the song " Jeremiah was a bull frog."😅😅

Since they knew that song every time they saw me they would call me Jeremias the bull frog. It sounds funny but that is how kids learn.

✅ To Remember names and faces you first need Motivation. So

Why is it that you want to remember their name?

✅The second thing you need is observation. Most the time we are talking to someone we are usually not present.

Which shows that we don't care.

✅Third we need a method. One of the method is using visualization during the 6 seconds you encounter the person. When they say their name to you, imagine a marker that is your favorite color writing their name in their forehead. Make it funny so that you will never forget.
