I met a girl in college and immediately fell in love. She told me her four brothers' names, and during the rest of that conversation, I smiled and paid attention and contributed best I could, but my brain was on freaking OVERDRIVE remembering not only her name, but her brothers', what they all did, and even their birth order. As soon as we parted, I wrote it all down. Then looked at it every day until the next time I saw her, when I asked how Chris's job interview went. As we dated, I was always able to stay fully engaged concerning her family. As it turned out, we got engaged and married. Our oldest kid is about to turn 18. If you want to bad enough, you can by God remember. And it will pay off! 😉

I wish it was that easy for me. Not only would I lose the million dollars; I’d forget I was even trying to win it. I actually forgot I had ADHD and had to be diagnosed again.
