I used to be a huuuuge Wicked fan - performed it in high school, toured the Gershwin theater, met cast members, etc. Now that I'm filled with the Holy Spirit? Ain't NO WAY I would expose myself to this film.

A little while ago, my grandmother and I went to the theater to see the Reagan movie. During the previews, we watched the trailer for "Wicked." As I observed the imagery and themes, the word "demonic" immediately crossed my mind. To my surprise, my grandmother turned to me just a moment later and voiced the same concern, saying, "That's demonic." It felt like more than just a coincidence; it truly seemed like a moment of shared discernment. I believe that the Holy Spirit was guiding us, offering a warning about the film's messages.

I worked at Matel for a short time. I can attest that YES, it is dark. Eventually decided I could not stay there. Designers were digging deep into occult to inspire their designs, characters and stories. Some people naive and unknowingly dabbling, many intentional and deriving joy from it. There is so much detail and intention behind each toy. With the amount of iterations that go into a package design, I do not in any way think this went unnoticed by someone. In my time there I would walk the campus and pray to shift the atmosphere. This is a huge industry, the workers need your prayers too!

As a Marketing Manager in healthcare I absolutely cannot believe that this was a mistake. Earlier today, I created a QR code for my boss to share at her speaking engagement. Before I sent the code, what was the first thing I did? I opened my camera on my phone and tested the QR code to confirm the site it went to. Not only that, but I interacted on the site to confirm it was routing to the correct place. Now if I had the mind to do that and I work for a much smaller scale company, either they truly are absolutely wicked, or I need a pay raise to match the staff at Mattel or whatever ad agency they use! I don’t believe it was an accident cause common sense says at least 1 staff member should’ve tested the website.

So many Christians going to watch this that are blinded to the ways of the enemy. I have been weeping in prayer for the church. I had a friend who was on fire for the Lord, she was warned about witchcraft through Harry Potter years ago, now 9 years later she is a "white witch" and has renounced Jesus.

It's time the church takes God seriously. We are to have NOTHING to do with wickedness. The more that you ask the Holy Spirit and read the Bible the more it makes sense.

Just a side note:
I didn’t want to watch anything related to this movie knowing that it would only promote anti-Christ trash, but just by watching Isaiah’s thoughts on this not-accidental-wickedness, we can hear the "princess" singing to the "witch" : "You’re gonna be popuuular."

I mean that’s enough for me to understand through their lyrics that Hollywood’s only goal is to make the devil popular.

On purpose there is no way it was an accident. When Beetlejuice came out, the new one, our local Christian radio station was doing a review and saying it was a great fun movie for the family. I switched stations and they were offering free tickets to the movie. Unbelievable! Hollywood is so dark. I've been watching you for a while now. We should do a Livestream friend.
