This may be the "Worst Ending", but at least Colin wasn't assimilated and can be happy with Puro for the rest of his life.

It should probably be clarified that Lin likely no longer remembers what he was and was taught by Puro to draw, speak, read, and write.

Perhaps it is the "Worst" ending because Puro does it for his own selfishness, not for any other reason (even so he explains his reasons), he does not do it for any other reason other than "I want him all for myself" or "I do not want to lose him", in no moment did Puro consider the Human's wishes. Perhaps it is the worst ending because Puro does not even feel "guilty" about violating the Human's objectives and completely interrupting his adventure.
Even so, this ending is quite cute and actually has some post-transfur scenes, which pleases me.

No idea why, but the sprite of Transfurred!Colin wiggling his toes while drawing just sets off all the seratonin receptors in my brain, breaking my depression for a while.

Puro will walk in and tell Colin that he needs a host to survive, and he will end up assimilating the latter as his new "host" once Colin has finally exited the Aquatic Area. If he receives enough love on Easy Mode, he will transfur Colin as another part of himself to keep him company. If he receives enough love on Normal Mode, he will instead tell him that he wants to accompany Colin to the outside of the tower so that the two of them can be free.

Tbh i feel like the reason why puro did this was because puro had feelings for lin, not wanting to let lin go. And so he transfurred lin so they could be together forever. ( just my thoughts.) Along with maybe puro and lin being more than friends.🙂

In my opinion...if we consider the game in general terms in this way, then it seems that it does not have a "bad ending" as such ... Technically, the hero never dies physically - only his humanity, which was set as a goal for the player, dies, because the main character, it is important retain his appearance and human consciousness in order to consider himself as such ... However ... In this ending, having become the likeness of his friend, Colin lost his humanity? ... Perhaps, over time, his flesh and body will disappear and perhaps he will stop different from the "stupid" Puro brothers. So... the ending seems to be good, but... What happens after years of such a "Locked" life?And how soon will bad things happen?

1. Its cute 2. Its a transfur thant keeps your own self which attracts me to this franchise

In this ending Colin is no longer colin, his mind died, and the husk thay he left out turned into a different being, a kind and pacifist one, but he is not colin, he is a different being, puro can raise hil to turn him into a being just like him, but he is no longer colin

Honestly I think this is the best form of the betrayed endings. At least Puro and Colin can live together happily

What’s sad to me is that while puro says he has no regret over what he did… I don’t think that’s true. If anything I feel like puro feels like garbage most of the time during this because of what he felt he had to do… and seeing his closest friend loose everything he is, I imagine that was extra painful, especially when when Colin drew that pic of the two… while puro was clearly very happy on the outside, a part of me likes to think he was near ready to start bawling on the inside out of sadness… puro is such a complex lil goo bean in this game and I do love that we get to see alternate endings, with him getting desperate, to him going with the human… and then the heart ripping no trust ending where poor puro practically gets his heart shredded twice… first by getting rejected, and then finding out the only person he ever cared about got turned…
