I have driven a couple of 5 series since 2017 i totally Hated that new design when it first appeared on until i spot one at a Petrol Station....i stayed speechless for 10 minutes...and everyone around was the same....same for the new 1 series..same hate ..until.i got a. m135i steering in my hand..evil car..a monster cravin for know what they doing.. no doubt!! people

Design is not only subjective, but people's opinions on it change over time, as they did with the E60, which was initially hated, only to gain legendary status later on. Same goes for the G60. Personally, I find it very elegant and reminiscent of the E60. But what positively cannot change in people's mind is the quality of the interior. And sadly, in the G60 it is atrocious. Just look at the window switches on the driver side. Or the buttons on the steering wheel. They belong on a FIAT at best. I sat in a G60 a while ago and was appalled. Shame.

Bro this is why I believe once the gov has ushered in their slave keeping electric cars older cars before 2022 will be very sought after by new buyers like myself. Looks good. I mean IT is not audi S8, not BMW M2 CS, just middle sedan for proper money. I mean good for money, IT is good value for money. Just good everyday car. I think nobody can say that IT is not comfortable. I dont know how much, but BMW Has to know that Lexus LX 600 costs 120 k dolars. Its about 500 k PLN. But Lexus LX 600 IT is much better. More luxiours, especialy with this comfortable rear seats only two people on back. But suprisingly BMW seria 7 is now even better then Mercedes s- Classe. BMW seria 7 is more sporty in driving and more speacy on back and the same soft on back but better in keeping body on rear seats. Cost 140 k dolars. Look more modern. In my opinion i would buy BMW seria 7, next BMW M2 CS, and last Jaguar F-Type R. First to everyday drive, second on weekend and last Jaguar on trip for shiny day.

Compared to : e46 3 series / M3 - pre-facelift G20 series / M340i - G30 5 series / M5 new 5 series looks utterly utterly drab. This car is instantly forgettable. Bmw's are no longer about style and power, it's all about gimmicky in-car tech with no concern about how the car looks.
