Whats your favorite smoothie?

OMG, the "cutting out sugar" part is soo true! I actually went one month as a self-experiment without any sugar (including natural Sweetners) and woke up two full hours earlier by the second week!

I like this. Im going to have 1 coffee on a morning, reduce my sugar by ninety % and see what happens. I get fed up of vlogs telling me to eat foods that I have never heard of, or cant find in the shops. Thankyou !

Cutting out sugar and excess caffeine really does wonders! It changes your whole palette, cravings and everything. Truly incredible. Have you heard of the GAPS diet for healing the gut? If so, what are your thoughts compared to how you went about it?

Great suggestions! I really agree about the sugar comment... I've cut out all refined sugars (plus honey and other natural sweeteners) and feel a million times better.
