looks really good! if you don't have high speed blender soak and drain cashews and freeze. toss them in the blender and pour on boiling water and blend until smooth (the soaked in water swells the cells of the nuts and freezing them crystallizes in the nut's cells, shattering when the hot water hits it making them blend as smooth as a high power blender).

I don't understand what is the big deal with the "sponsored video" i mean this channel is fucking amazing, great recipes, great quality of the videos and the best part is vegan, and i see people complain about "i dont feel like the usual videos" i mean, they give us such an amazing content and when they have the opportunity to work with a brand people complain... i mean come on! even if this video is sponsored the content is still freaking amazing! the only difference is (which i understand) more focused in the recipe.
Hot for food always gave us very good content and if they can work with brands and do some sponsored videos once in awhile i support complitly
